• The QTHS blood drive is on March 3, see Mr. Vega in room 143 sign up and help save a life!
• All students are invited to participate in our Black History Month celebration. Last year, we featured Black inventors. This year, we will be highlighting influential Black women from the past and today. If you would like to participate, see Mr. Vega in room 143 or Ms. Lewis in the library. 
• The annual Queens Tech Talent Show is coming soon! Visit room 143 to sign up.
• We welcome all students to join the QT Student Organization. See Mr. Vega in room 143 during your lunch period on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.

College and Career Center

• Juniors and Seniors: The Spring College Now application is open! Visit your Google Classroom to see course listings and to apply. Earn college credits for free! See Ms. K in room 143 to learn more. 
• Seniors: Your college and financial aid advisement appointments are continuing. Check your email or visit room 143 to find your next appointment.

Athletics

• Girls who are interested in joining the girls flag football team, visit Mr. Mendez in room 413 during periods 4-8.
• Boys who are interested in joining the boys baseball team, visit Mr. Vega in room 143 during periods 3-10. 
• The winter PSAL season is underway. See Mr. Jackson for more information about eligibility and tryouts.
